Unless its a super M..or... M TA. It wont have a clutch for the pto. Regular M tractors did not have live PTO'S. They had a mechanical engaging mechanism in the geartrain for the pto, just inside the housing and your foot clutch stopped the pto along with the belt pulley as well..
