NO, it's NOT REGULAR ethylene glycol. It's ethylene glycol, but not regular EG. It's precharged SCA EG, not OAT EG, or automotive EG. Propylene glycol is much less common, but available in the same inhibitors (SCA, OAT, automotive).

this seems to indicate that IAT (inorganic acid, AKA SCA, AKA DCA according to cummins) was original to that engine. IF it has a lot of aluminum in the cooling system, then OAT, NOAT, HOAT would be appropriate also.

Whatever you have, stick with it until you change it all. SCA/IAT is supposed to be tested every oil change and either change the precharged filter, or use additive. Many just changed the filter, or additive without testing. Technically OAT is supposed to be tested every year also, but finding the relevant test and additive is tough. Do NOT use any coolant not specifically labeled for heavy duty diesel engines.
