Haven't been in one yet to comment on noise levels, ride, and so forth.   But the upgrades to engine, brakes, HVAC, etc. sure look good.   There's a Facebook group dedicated to the HD11s and from what I've seen there feedback seems very positive from people that had prior models.   Of course, nobody has run one long enough to know how reliability compares.

My '23 Limited is going to turn over 14,000 miles within the next week, and  still has a perfect track record except replacing the drive belt around 11,000 miles and annoying crap with the cooling system.   It's going to stay here earning a living for a long time yet, provided nothing like a fire or accident happens to it.
