If I was in your shoes, I'd jump on Auto Trader I'd check used vehicles foe exactly the same model, age, etc say within 50-100 miles. To give me a benchmark ov values both privately and dealer listed. That could help me decide if offering $2,000 less is where I'd be comfortable on this specific vehicle. Maybe an even deeper offer?
