They are cheap for a reason. Is it at a dealer? If its at a peterbilt or kw dealer see if you can get the warranty work history in SIR. EPA17 loved to eat cams. The newer cam helped but still can have issues. You also have to have a shop who knows how to work on them to, must use OEM filters. Around 300-350k the clutch will need to be replaced and the ECA actuator with the auto/ultra shift transmissions
