Maybe its the same all over,getting paid for what we do anyways.This yr. 2 watersheds we drain into are paying us XX $per acre for no tiling beans into cornstalks
Suppose to be help keep in check the Lake Erie western basin algae bloom
fwiw I don't really see any BAD farmers,most if not all have been eliminated
Why do we want to help bad farmers?
