The government paying people to plant cover crops is the biggest joke there is. You can use a drone to spread and only get about a 5% stand and get paid. I see so many farmers seed cover crops on bean stubble but the corn on corn field right across the fence they have is turned black as black can be. Talk about complete opposite thoughts. What a joke.
