Is it a House Grade, a Submit, or an official inspection?
Are you applying to contract? If so what are the terms for “Grade”?

House:Unofficially sampled ,inspected, and graded.
Submit: Unofficially sampled and submitted for grading.
Official: Officially sampled and graded.

Knowing these answers makes a difference in how one would best approach the situation.

Sure u can ask to see the sample…and they should provide a look. You can also ask for that sample to be “submitted “ if what they have given you is a house grade.
Guessing it’s a house or a submit..if your assertion is correct that you delivered a quality product that subsequently graded Sample Grade …It would suggest the issue is in the integrity of the sample itself rather than the grade of the sample.

If this is the first load out of the bin….Id probably move on…Adding, seems like the problem got solved…That’s nice to see!
