nc ks | I never said cover crops were inherently bad or whether bad or good farmers use them. I'm saying practices should stand on their own and farms should stand on their own.
I am also not demonizing the farms or farmers who use this program. I'm speaking against a government that spends too much money and then has a big press conference patting themselves on the back for spending more money on something a farmer should do or do not himself.
