Again you are placing all of your faith and future in the hands of a very new industry. If a LLc goes under I can guarantee your cleanup bond will somehow disappear to a more well connected creditor. What happens if it takes 4 years to remove and dispose the panels or find a new company to issue you a lease?(hint you will be covering the land taxes) | |
