Looking it up for MI you are right, but the special use classification will stick with your property till the panels are removed. Again you are placing all of your faith and future in the hands of a very new industry. If a LLc goes under I can guarantee your cleanup bond will somehow disappear to a more well connected creditor. What happens if it takes 4 years to remove and dispose the panels or find a new company to issue you a lease?(hint you will be covering the land taxes) | |
