I used the New Idea Massey this week until the new chains arrived. It worked ok. Doesn't look like it had much use. Good backup.
I went with the T-rod apron from Shoup. When it is wore out, the 195 spreader will be too. Poly floor is good, but sides are rusting through at the seams. 15 years old. Good for another 10 I hope. Then I can get that vertical beater dream machine :)
