Is land all near by or do you have to travel distance to certain fields. Machinery cost? Do you own the machinery now? What type of fertilizer? Dry/liquid/anydrous. Do you have cash for expenses or do you need to pay bank interest? Is machinery fairly new or older? Older machinery will probably have more repair and parts cost? Do you have sprayer or do you need to have spraying custom applied?
