Take sample to federal grain inspection.
Had some buckwheat I sold for way over market price. Hand sample I dropped off out of bin was reasonable for dockage. First truck was horrible dockage, close to 20%. 2nd semi we showed up with sealed trailer and federal grain inspection grades. Magically they sampled the same as grain inspection did after that.
