| Yes you are correct. I took a risk 55 years ago in purchasing this property and have farmed it ever since. Had the best crop of corn ever raising 235 dry bushels w/irrigation. I have cleared 7 farmsteads and opened up many fields. The soil condition has never been in better shape as we use strip-till for tillage. Was it a difficult decision ? Absolutely ! We left the deccision mostly up to our son as he is managing the farm and might I say doing a more exceptional job than I ever did. It is an opportunity that not everyone will take but as for our family, the best one.
