The board of trade exists to give transparent pricing across the entire Agriculture sector. There have to be speculators involved to give it liquidity. Should the amount of speculation be reduced? I think that's a fair question. Shold speculation be reduced to a certain % of physical trade? Would this make it more prone or less prone to manipulation?
