Subject: RE: Conventional corn regret?

For the last 5 years maybe we have had some conventional corn. We have had to spray for corn borer one time. One time ear worm cost us 10 bu per acre. That field though was number 2 in yield even with the ear worm. We use tepera hd infurrow a lot of years Not every year. We front load our pre chemical program for solid grass control and come back with impactz as part of our post spray program. I think it works for us fine. We are keeping track of rootworms thru traps and just there are none. We will stop when rootworms come back. Too much risk in my opinion. Email is good if you need anything else. Works for us.
