SE Wisconsin | I just went through this. Test drove Kawasaki ridge, can am defender and Polaris ranger 1000. People here in ag talk said the Kawasaki revs up high. It sure does. It is loud at 20-25 mph. Cab noise seemed loud. Seemed heavy built to me. Came with the best factory warranty. I think it was $25k for ridge and heat/AC. Ranger was $23k from cab and heat. Can am was $23k with cab and heat. I was going to buy the Polaris, but they sold their last one before I pulled the trigger So i bought the can am. I know a lot of people that have them and are happy. Proven trans and motor. I've only had it a few weeks but I love the cab and heat. Awesome. Kawasaki had 3 year bumper to bumper, Polaris 2 year and can am 1 year. I bought an additional 2 year warranty for $1500. So with the 3 years of coverage my can am was about the same as the ridge. I also put a winch and bumper on it.
