Try calling V&M locker in Leota, MN - they may have ideas. Otherwise get PQA (pork quality assurance) certified if you want to sell at Pipestone or through the packer. Also see if there is a local Facebook page for local foods. Producers Livestock may be able to get 40 head into one of the packing plants (Sioux City or Omaha connections) www.plma.us if PQA certified.
