| This is a great idea. If not them, try to work with another local beef supplier that’s already got an established market, that could work well for both of you.
Also, start preselling on fb now, and get what you can sold that way. Set the kill date and ideally you’d have your customers pickup at the processor directly.
Unfortunately it takes a lot more initiative to sell 40 hogs than raise them. Ask me how I know. lol | |
