North central SD | Awesome truck model, we farm land along a busy state highway, always enjoyed seeing the semis roll down the road. Remember seeing trucks similiar to your Dads, true 70's and 80's truck. Back in the 50's my maternal grand father and several neighbors became good friends with an Iowa catte feeder and they would truck their calves to the rail yard about 30 miles with a 2 ton truck and then go on rail to Iowa to be corn fed. Mostly all herefords and short horns during that time frame. We have alway sold through sale barns, since I was a kid, good local barns that are competetive. | |
