Yes! Yes it is!!!
I know of a guy that sold a 30 foot gooseneck load of Straight Red Hereford steers that went CAB. He told me someone should sue CAB for false advertising!!!
This has been several years ago but at that time CAB was needing beef that fit their criteria, apparently looked they other way on the hide color on that load.
