They have historical records to show that we've depleted, topsoil depth and organic matter. That's not an opinion. It's very well documented.

The moldboard plow is still a great tool To have in the toolbox.

From the organic world whenever you have to moldboard plow, plow something down. Never plow bear dirt. And the guys that live by that model can show some very good functioning soils.

The Europeans plow often but they also aren't high input corn and beans like the American Farmer. Their rotation is different and some regions will have a green manure plow down in the rotation.

Regenerative farming means to regenerate the soil, bring it back to life, give it function and ability. And sometimes the plow can fit if you have a place in your system for it.

We need more people in the regenerative movement that can talk out of both sides of their mouth. Tillage is bad. Tillage is good , chemicals are bad. Chemicals are good .. regenerating soil isn't black and white right or wrong

Everything we do is a balance of actions and consequences.
