Are you spraying glufosinate early post now- say Mid/Late May? If so, I personally think you need a string of consecutive hot/humid days (Edit: both before and after application) for the glufosinate to work effectively.
Personally, whenever I got that “1 good hot/humid day” in May, glufosinate only scorched the plant (with all the NAT approved hottening agents) but did not kill the Broadleaves.
