I have a Ram 2020 3500 6.4 and a 2022 2500 6.4
They switch duties all the time.
The key is the 8sp trans.
Pulling around 45k lb local loads. just goes through more fuel...
Not weekly though.
Both mine have 4.10 rears.
I would get a 3.73 after running the 4.10.
Just don't need those gears with the 8sp trans.
Unless you pull a trailer at least 50%-75% of the time,
I wouldn't buy a diesel.
