Subject: RE: Epley soybeans

NE Iowa
I have been using E3 beans from Epley for probably 10 years. I haven't done any good side by sides to compare though. They obviously don't develop their own varieties so anything in an Epley bag can be bought in many other bags. Always assumed it was Stine genetics. Their pricing was good and was already getting corn from them so it was easy to use their beans also. I treat them myself and the seed quality seems good. They grow all the bean seed themselves on their own land and don't contract it out. They use the bean fields to provide rotation / isolation for their seed corn production.
