Yes, after 20 it can be logged. I logged it in 2012 and in 20 years I will be 82. I don't intend to cut in myself again. I hope my kids want sell it but will never know after I'm gone. I thought about putting it all in a conservation easement so It couldn't be sold but haven't yet.
