NEMO | This is the way I view it. Our situation may be/is different than others in that most of the hay we bale is in patches, mostly rough, washouts, odd shaped slopes. It takes a long time, weeks, to bale hay. In addition to baling, we buy a lot of cheap hay for the mixer. It all works good in the mixer with silage and by products. Key for us is Mennonite chopping crew and bagger. Absolutely no lose, and my silage is cut where the corn won't make top yields anyway | |
