Don't you just love coming on here with a question only to have everyone tell you you're an idiot and you're doing it wrong? (Note my signature line.)
I have your exact same problem with our Milwaukee guns. I have found it helps to leave the plunger pulled out (after releasing it of course) and let the spring pull it back up through as the tube empties. Doesn't always work but seems to help.
