OP here......I didn't know this would be such a hot topic!

I only use Cenex grease.  Blueguard and the polyurea.  It was the poly that was causing me issues today while getting the corn head ready for next year.  I don't recall if I was using the same grease the last time I had issues or not.

Side note.....I bought a 5 gallon pail of blueguard and a Vevor grease pump for less than $100.  That beats the snot out of a grease gun!
