Do your investments throw off enough dividends and interest to tote a note?
If everything lined up, and you were getting enough income from the investments, borrow the dough and repay it via the investment income. You might have to reshuffle what is in the portfolio to match up with the loan, so thats going to likely generate cap gains however.
