The way I read it, he would still have IRA money, just under $1M in stocks/market (assuming $10k/acre on this land), equipment to farm it, no needs or wants, and a paid for quarter. Sounds pretty diversified to me.
But, I like seeing my naked hot wife AND buying land so I may just be too diversified in my thinking.
