Are there other children involved besides the daughter? What does the next generation desire? You aren’t taking anything with you so do what you and your family want as a future legacy.
It’s amazing how people are remembered after they’re gone by how they considered the next generation(s) vs. looking out for themselves.
Dan it sounds like you’ve done a great job financially, maybe have a family meeting for those involved and get their input, but with you making the final decision.
