| I like the outdoors, and hunting. Sounds like be much easier to develop into a top notch hunting farm than row crops. Doesn’t sound like you’re struggling to pay the bills. It will appreciate more and faster with much less cash invested/work once you can demonstrate there’s quality hunting opportunities, mainly big bucks. Surely you have grandkids you could introduce to hunting? Best thing you can do. Edit too add;. Could establish self directed IRA and use those funds to buy it tax free, for now anyway. They can’t stop you from hunting on it. Liquidate 1/2% of the stock portfolio every month for living expenses. The opposite of what you’re currently doing.
