Every time you drive by you will tell yourself and anyone else riding with you that you could have bought it, Some years that will be a good decision, some years a bad decision depending on how the crops look.
Can you get rid all the brush and trees ? Remember trees and brush do not belong anywhere near farmland……easy decision for me is to buy it.
