Iowa | I like you haven't really seen any gains to Landus or FS variable rate p, k and s. I went back to straight spread on removal rates for around field average. Since switching to strip till I've looked around to try and find something to variable rate my own dry and nitrogen and really the only things I've found is Climate field-view and I think ag leader sms can do it. Im not sure how easy it will be to get soil test results in there, but you can definitely make rx's based on soil type and yield history with them. My landus agronomist did say he could sit down with whatever software they had and make me some variable rate maps also. | |
