I used to search out and read every post you made. I felt they contained good information, were put together rationally, and I really appreciated the time you spent. Any more, your posts are a waste of my time. I feel bad for you and what you have become.
Trumps tariffs go against EVERYTHING I was ever taught in College. We opened up world trade with the WTO.. between that and Round up Ready soybeans.. Soybean acreage in the US exploded.. Prices went over $10.00
We built biofuels.. and looked inward after the Iraqi war.. Now.. with Tariffs.. exports are down.. input prices are SKY HIGH.. nobody is worried about Anti Trust.. and promised E-15 nationwide.. from Trump 1.0 remains unfulfilled.
Again I’m a free Market Republican.
but yes Ag was better under Biden. What has Trump done for us? Broke markets.. seen reciprocal Tarrifs on our inputs.. then done “trade deals” to try to return us.. almost.. to where we were Before he was sworn in.
