If you have information that contradicts the usda then let me have it, so i can stop spreading misinformation.
Dude, it is right there in your link. COOL is a voluntary label the foreign owned packers don't have to do anything they don't want to. They may have closed a loophole on what imported beef gets what label but I'm not going to believe it or hold my breath until I see something on the grocery store shelf that says product of Argentina. JBS will find a way to keep on with business as usual.
