actually what little of it that i did do made things a little tougher.
as always just my 2 cents
True , with $$ today for land/machinery buying more sure sucks a lot of cash away from farming ...And land inflation only helps when you sell...Last farm bought in 2018 takes all of it + that many paid for acres to cash flow...and that was at 40% of todays land mkt.
See a low houred 6R 215 at a dealer for sale ...asking $349k cdn. ...no words |
