I don't think rent, chemical, seed, fertilizer is flat to down. Those are the 4 big ones. Most have had a steady increase yearly.
And wheat is $2/bushel cheaper than 2 years ago.
Not going broke but not all roses either.
I wd say used machinery is flat, but new definitely is not. But you don't need new to farm, thankfully.
