Unless your state is mandating every gallon sold has to contain ethanol, you still have the choice to buy non ethanol gas. And you will have to pay more for it.
The pictures are from about 2 months ago, but the price spread is pretty constant. It takes a pretty healthy mileage improvement to pay the difference, a mileage improvement that I've never seen.
