| IADAVE - 10/30/2025 01:57 If he has a contract with land O lakes, he probably could win a lawsuit. It is like a few years ago fertilizer went up and the local coops told everyone they would not honor their contracts. A contract is only as good as the party that signs it.
A contract is usually as good as the lawyer that wrote it and its always wrote in favor of whomever is paying the lawyer to write it.
If your lawyer didn't write it and you didn't have your lawyer read it so you clearly understood what you were signing, there's a good chance you're SOL.
