We are part of that to. Not pissed that they canceled this program, but pissed they aren’t covering the work already done. Planting covers at NRCS rates isn’t cheap. Extra Fuel, extra chemical(higher rates) for termination. This is what they should honored and this is probably where a lawsuit could when.
