The point is, that the Chinese purchases were already "figured into" the USDA numbers. They'd reduced export projections by something close to what actual numbers will be if the China actually imports 10mmt, or whatever. So the ending balance doesn't change that much from projections. Plus, we've got loads of exportable beans looking for a home.
