Malta, Illinois | I'm not sure when this news broke but I am just hearing about it now. I have to wonder if overnight markets reflected the fact that not much was being said after the meeting. Even with a supposed "Deal" having been made I think traders will take somewhat of a "Show me the money" approach until more details are known. This appears to be a positive development but I certainly don't expect markets to go straight up. In time if this deal verifies is should set the pace for higher soybean prices but nothing too dramatic. | |
