South Central MN | Some parts of MN can't use fall N and it gets really patchy as to what fields can and can't in some areas. Don't know if it is absolutely required to use a stabilizer with fall NH3 here but most co-ops put it in so they can charge a little extra.
I do split applied liquid N with the planter and sidedress rig, just using a basic carbon type stabilizer (been tested and proven to work so isn't one of the snake oil ones). Co-op won't use it since they can't make money off of it so have to get it separate and add it myself. | |
