Idk your location, but here, with that history of fertilizing, I’d be using a cheaper corn hybrid with non gmo or RR only, and running 160# of anhydrous N and your chem program and rolling on.

$75 N
Seed should be 150-$200 a bag worse case. Run the pops 30K or less (again if you were here). Still could use fungicide if warranted. (Here I would)

With your history of fertilizing your probably don’t need any honestly besides N and Sulfur.
