9 months, lots of rebreeds getting pulled from the barns. Mexican cattle will add another 4% when they are let in plus 4% on top of that due to the backlog. (60,000 extra per week for 10 weeks)
100 days after the boarder opens the packer will be in the drivers seat. Biggest limiting factor will be how quick they can get them across the boarder.
