No, Chinese are NOT buying our soybeans. They are a bargaining chip, or rather the American soybean farmers, are bargaining chips. As long as Tariff Man uses extreme tariffs as his "go to" trade policy tool, Chinese will NOT buy U.S. soybeans.

Period.
