NW TX Panhandle | Here, we get more bang for the buck with a fall application of N & P. Commonly stream on 50# P as 10-34-0 along with 50-75# N as 32-0-0 in the fall. Test strips show considerable more tillering with the added P. Then topdress N at green-up. Will add a little 10-34-0 with the topdress, seems to reduce leaf burn. Around 100 bu. yield environment. Also add Humic acid as well on some acres.
