sw corner ia. | my dialamatic had a similar issue.. would work normally for maybe 10 minutes or so then the up function would not work until I pushed the up joystick button. after that I would have to continually help it with the joystick.
I replaced the circuit board behind the cab, the silver hyd valve on top of the stack (expensive) the logic box, several control boxes on the head. nothing worked till I gave up and bought a complete valve stack from worthington salvage. problem went away completely.
I can only speculate that the old stack may have had an internal crack in one of the stacks and when it warmed up enough flow was leaking through, screwing up everything.
just my experince. I found that nobody has any idea how to work on an old dialamatic header control. | |
